Guidelines for All Users - For a Safe and Professional Platform Experience

Protect Your Sensitive Information - Never share private details such as passwords, credit card numbers, Social Security Numbers, national ID card information, or similar sensitive data.

Be Cautious with Links and Attachments
  • Avoid clicking on any links or downloading attachments unless you are confident of their legitimacy and context.
  • Enhance your security by installing antivirus software on your device as an additional layer of protection.
Limit the Use of Remote Access Tools
  • Steer clear of using remote access software like TeamViewer or AnyDesk, which can allow others to control your device.
  • If you must use such tools, never grant permissions that allow external operations, as they could compromise your system’s security.
Maintain Professionalism in Video Calls
  • Video calls are meant to enhance communication and ensure freelancers and clients align effectively.
  • Both professionals and customers are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.
  • If any interaction during a video call makes you uncomfortable, you can report the issue to Support.
By participating in video calls, you agree to refrain from engaging in:
  • Inappropriate language or offensive comments targeting race, gender, religion, disability, or any other personal characteristic.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or threatening behavior.
  • Sharing or requesting adult content, nudity, or engaging in any sexual activity.
  • Offering or soliciting services that are prohibited on the platform.
  • Any attempts to divert business outside of the platform.
1.Online Access Requirements

To join any of our events or meet with a professional online, you’ll need a stable internet connection and a compatible device throughout the entire session. Additionally, you may be required to use or download one of the following web Apps: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet. All events and meetings with our professionals are conducted exclusively online, whether it’s a 1-on-1 session or a private group meeting.

2. Access to the Live Video Link
  • Event Access: Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an access to the live event video link.
  • 1-on-1 or Private Group Meetings: When the professional confirms your booking request, they will create a link for the live online meeting. You will receive access to the link after completing your purchase. The purchase must be completed within 48 hours of the booking confirmation; otherwise, it will expire automatically.
3. Web App for the Live Video Link

The live video link may be for any of the following Apps: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet. The App used for the event or service will be determined by the professional, based on the professional’s preferred platform. You will know which App to use once you receive access to the link and/or it’s informed in the event or service description, in the section “Important Notes”

4. Camera Off and Audio-Only Call

Some services or consultations may not require the customer to have their camera on. Depending on the meeting, you may request to keep your camera off during the session, if you wish.

5. Meeting and Event Recording by Professional
  • Group Events: Professionals may record group events to improve the quality of future events and services or to provide participants with video material as part of the event. Individual permission from participants is not required for these recordings. Professionals should inform participants that the event will be recorded and they should use recordings exclusively for the stated purposes and should not be shared or used for any other purpose.
  • Private Meetings: Some single services may benefit customers by being recorded and shared with them afterwards. However, professionals are not permitted to record 1-on-1 or private group meetings without your consent. Third party app usually notifies participants when recording begins. After the meeting ends, a third-party app processes the video, and the processing time may vary. The professional can share the recording link with you only after the processing is complete, which may take until the next day. Once the professional uploads the link, you will receive a notification to view the recording. Please note that you have access to the link only 14 days of receiving the notification, as the link will be automatically deleted from our platform after this period, regarding our privacy policy.
  • Third party app storage: Our platform holds no responsibility or liability for the handling, storage, or management of recorded meetings by third-party platforms or apps. The use of such platforms is subject to their independent terms and policies, over which our platform has no influence or control.
6. Third-Party App and Website Links

1.Requirements for Online Services & Events

To provide any online events or meetings, you’ll need a stable internet connection and a compatible device throughout the entire session. Additionally, you must download or use one of the following apps: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet. No other apps are allowed to be used to provide services through or on the platform. We do not provide instructions on how to use third-party apps; professionals are responsible for using these apps independently, ensuring proficiency with the web app, and creating the links for their own events and meetings.

2. Create the Live Video Link
  • Event: You must create the link for your event and add the link to the platform along to your event. Once the first customer has made the purchase, you are not allowed to change the link afterwards.
  • Event Package: You must add and include all the links for the package, and you are not allowed to change any of the links afterwards. You can include maximum 5 links (5 events) per package.
  • 1-on-1 and Private Group Meetings: When you confirm a booking, you must create a new meeting link along with the booking confirmation and upload the link to the platform. After uploading, the customer will receive a notification to complete the purchase, which must be finalized within 48 hours; otherwise, the purchase will expire automatically. Once the customer has made the purchase, you are not allowed to make changes to the link. For privacy reasons, do not share the link with anyone else and always create a new link for each customer.
  • Custom Content and recording the meeting/event: If you record the meeting or event, or create a custom content video, you must upload the video link to the platform and send a notification or message to the customer to download the video to their own device. Once you uploaded, the video will be automatically deleted from the platform after 14 days. You are not allowed to share the custom content video link with anyone else, as the customer has paid for the service. Please refer to the terms regarding content ownership.
3. Choose the Web App for the Live Video

You can use only following Web Apps to provide events or services: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet. You can choose the web app that you are already using for your business, or select the one that is most suitable for your event or meeting needs. However, if there are no specific restrictions, we highly recommend using Microsoft Teams or Google Meet for your events and services, as their free versions allow for a 60-minute time limit for active meetings (as of January 2025). Please note that the free version of Zoom has a 40-minute time limit.

4. Customer camera Off and Audio-Only Call

If some of your meetings or consultations do not require the customer to have their camera on, they may request to keep their camera off during the session, if they wish.

5. Recording the Meeting or Event
  • Group Events: Professionals may record group events to improve the quality of future events and services or to provide participants with video material as part of the event. Individual permission from participants is not required for these recordings. However, professionals must inform participants that the event will be recorded and ensure that the recordings are used exclusively for the stated purposes of service improvement or event inclusion. Recordings must not be shared or used for any other purpose without prior consent.
  • Private Meetings: If some services may include or benefit customers if recorded and sent to them after the meeting, you are not permitted to record the meeting without the customer's permission. Third party app usually notifies participants when recording begins. Third-party app processes the video recording, and the processing time may vary. You can upload the recording link to our platform only after the processing is complete. Please inform the customer about the potential waiting time. Once you uploaded the link, the customer will receive a notification to view the recording. Customers will have access to the link on our platform for 14 days from the date of upload, after which it will automatically expire in accordance with our privacy policy
  • Third party app storage: Our platform holds no responsibility or liability for the handling, storage, or management of recorded meetings by third-party platforms or apps. The use of such platforms is subject to their independent terms and policies, over which our platform has no influence or control.
