  • Professionals profile details including education and certificates, years of experience, languages, expertise and specialization, work history, bio, about me, and image.

Other Details

  • Payment Information: If you choose to make a purchase, we may collect the necessary details to process your payment, such as your payment instrument number and the security code linked to it. All payment data is securely handled and stored by Stripe. You may refer Stripe privacy policy here https://stripe.com/privacy.
  • Social Media or Email Login Information: We may offer you the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, such as your Facebook or other social media accounts. If you choose this registration method, we will collect certain profile information from the social media provider, as outlined in the section "How We Use Your Personal Information."
  • Sensitive information: We, as the platform, do not collect or process sensitive information. If you voluntarily provide sensitive information to a professional, we cannot ensure or guarantee how that information will be managed by the professional.

Currently, we do not share your personal information in a manner that would be considered a sale under CCPA. The platform only disclose your personal information to our service providers pursuant to contracts that prohibit the service provider from using your personal information for any purpose other than those services specified in this privacy notice. 15. Information Collection and Responsibility

Welbe.net Pte Ltd or the platform do not control or oversee the information that professionals collect from customers through our platform or the services they provide. By using our platform, customers voluntarily share their information with professionals and acknowledge that we are not liable for any actions, omissions, or use of this information by the professionals.

16. Data Retention Policy

The platform retains custom content submitted through our platform for a maximum of 14 days. After this period, the custom content is permanently deleted and is not stored on our platform. Customers acknowledge and accept this data retention policy and understand that Welbe.net Pte Ltd or the platform holds no responsibility for the content beyond this retention period.

17. Professionals’ Responsibility for Recordings and Third-Party Data Handling

Welbe.net Pte Ltd or the platform does not manage or monitor the recordings or information collected by professionals during events or meetings through our platform, nor does it oversee the storage of such data by third-party applications. By using our platform, customers voluntarily share their information with professionals and accept that we are not responsible for how this information is collected, used, or stored by professionals or any third-party services.

18. Customer Data Protection Policy for Professionals on Our Platform

We prioritize the privacy and security of our users’ personal information. As a professional using our platform, you are required to comply with the following terms regarding the collection, use, and protection of customer data:

  1. Prohibition on Marketing Use: Professionals are strictly prohibited from using any personal data of customers for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, contacting customers for promotional offers, advertisements, or any form of marketing outreach.
  2. No Sharing or Selling of Personal Data: Professionals are not permitted to share, sell, or otherwise disclose any customer data to third parties. All customer information should be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services on the platform.
  3. Data Protection: Professionals must implement appropriate organizational, technical, and security measures to protect customer data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes complying with all relevant data protection laws and regulations that apply to the handling of personal data, including those specific to the region where the professional is operating (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
